What I build

Software that makes the day‑to‑day easier.

Six kinds of work, each shown with screens from something I built and still run. Tap any screen to see it full size.

Dashboards

Your numbers in one place, always current.

One screen that says how the business is doing today, and what needs you first. Built on the data you already have.

Good for

  • Numbers spread across spreadsheets and chats
  • Not knowing which branch is doing well
  • Finding out stock is gone when a customer asks
Tapfour · Owner dashboardToday’s taps, scans, reviews and menu views, with late bills and low stock first.
Monthly reportWhat people opened and when. Saves as a PDF.
Stock with warningsLow items are flagged before the shift that needs them.
Trader Journal · CalendarGreen and red days. Click one to see why.

AI implementation

AI that does a real job, with a person in charge.

Trained on your business, given one clear job, and set up so a person approves what matters. The bill has a cap you choose.

Good for

  • Questions that arrive after hours
  • Leads that need research before anyone calls
  • Replies your team types twenty times a day
AegisLeadOS · Lead captureOne typed order finds and scores local businesses. A person approves every send.
The pipelineEvery lead and every reply on one board.
Real estate · Lead to bookingLeads qualified, followed up and booked without a manual chase.
Home services · Quote follow-upEstimate requests become booked jobs.

AI in client businesses

Online store

A store assistant that never clocks out

Answers sizing, stock and shipping at any hour, tracks orders, and hands damaged-item cases to a person.

Pay-as-you-go, with a cap you set

Dental clinic

A front desk that books patients 24/7

Answers questions, books open slots, sends reminders, and flags urgent pain to the desk. Synced to the clinic calendar.

Pay-as-you-go, with a cap you set

Content studio

A content studio that runs itself

Spots what’s trending, writes and renders the video, posts at peak hours, and learns from the views.

On the client’s existing AI plan

Every AI build has a fallback: if the budget runs out or the AI is off, a person takes over.

Behind the build

Clean work you won’t see, but will rely on.

The parts that keep money right, messages sent once and every change traceable. Each one below is running in a real build today.

Tapfour · Who changed whatEvery link change, check and login, with the name of who did it.
  • The server sets the price

The browser never decides what a customer pays. Every cart is repriced on the server before checkout.

    Miniature Bookshop · Next.js 16 · Postgres on Neon
  • Emails go out exactly once

Each order claims its email. If a send fails, the claim is given back so it can go again. Nobody gets two receipts, or none.

Miniature Bookshop · order and gift emails
  • A person approves every send

The AI drafts. Nothing reaches a prospect until someone has read it and pressed send.

    AegisLeadOS · human-gated outreach
  • Tested before it ships

1,231 automated tests on AegisLeadOS. A 92-check test walks the Bookshop’s whole purchase on a phone-sized screen.

  • Fast where it counts

Tap redirects run at the edge, close to the customer. Bot taps are flagged and a double tap within 10 seconds counts once.

    Tapfour · Cloudflare Workers · D1
  • Numbers you can trust

No made-up figures. Every insight is labelled by how much data is behind it, developing or reliable.
